A short call to map the operation
Twenty to thirty minutes. We walk the process end to end, from the moment a lead or an order comes in to the moment money lands. Bring the tools you use now, even if it is a spreadsheet and a phone.
Step 3
A written scope, or an audit first
If the fit is clear, you get a written scope with a fixed price. If it is not, we start with a Process Automation Audit, which is credited toward the build if you go ahead.
