Should we build outbound tooling or buy it?
Buy it if your targeting fits the filters an existing platform offers — it is a mature category. Build it when your criteria are unusual, when multiple operators must share state without colliding, when compliance needs controls a vendor will not provide, or when the lead data has to be an asset you own.
How do you prevent two people contacting the same prospect?
Deduplication before anything downstream runs, plus per-contact cooldowns and shared state across operators. Tools that do not share state produce exactly this collision, and the prospect is the one who notices.
What stops it sending too much?
Per-day caps and per-contact cooldowns enforced in the dispatch path itself, not in an operator's judgement — plus a single switch that halts everything immediately.
Is the outreach fully automated?
The drafting is; the sending stays a human decision by default. Fully automatic dispatch is possible and is a choice you should make deliberately, with the limits set first.
Where does the lead data come from?
Public business data, gathered against your criteria and verified before use. We will not build sourcing that depends on data you are not entitled to hold.
Do we own the leads?
Yes — the pipeline and its database are yours. Building an audience inside a platform you cannot export from is the risk this is meant to remove.
