Can it sync stock across multiple sales channels?
Yes — one live count feeds every storefront and marketplace, so you stop overselling and stop manual reconciling.
Does it support our costing method?
We build to your method (weighted-average or otherwise) so valuation and margin reflect real cost, not a default.
Can we set our own reorder rules?
Yes — reorder points and par levels tuned to your demand patterns, with alerts before you run out.
Will it work with our warehouse and orders?
It's the same source of truth your receiving, picking, and order systems read from — no separate inventory silo.
Which costing method do you support?
Whichever one you actually use. Weighted average and FIFO are the common cases, and landed cost including freight and duty is usually where the real accuracy gain is.
Our current stock numbers are already wrong. Is that a problem?
No — it is normal, and reconciling them is part of the build rather than a prerequisite you have to complete first.
Can it handle lots, batches, or expiry dates?
Yes. Lot and batch tracking with expiry is standard where the product needs it, including traceability from receipt through to the order it shipped on.
What happens if two channels sell the last unit at the same time?
The system holds one authoritative count and reserves against it at the point of order, so the race is resolved in one place rather than reconciled after the fact.
